specialized not only in design but as well in research, development, manufacture, testing for the motor racing industry and other lightweight structures and high technologies sectors.
  • We are immediately looking for:

    Composite Design Engineer

    Your main responsibilities as a member of the mechanical design office will include 3D CAD modeling of both structural and non-structural composite components (including lay-ups definition and tooling design) for our various racing cars programs.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in mechanical/composite/automotive engineering;
    • Very good knowledge of 3D advanced surfaces modelling with CATIA V5 (or very good knowledge of SolidWorks and to ability to adapt it to CATIA V5);
    • CFD knowledge would be an advantage, but not mandatory;
    • Ideally 2 years of experience in the design of composite components from concept through to final manufacturing drawings.
    • Team player attitude and a flexible approach towards working hours,
    • Knowledge of the English language (spoken).

    Mechanical Design Engineer

    Your main responsibilities as a member of the mechanical design office will include 3D CAD modeling of both mechanical and composite components for the various systems and structures of our racing cars programs, and delivering the necessary technical drawings.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering;
    • Good knowledge of 3D modelling with CATIA V5 (or very good knowledge of SolidWorks and to ability to adapt it to CATIA V5);
    • FEA knowledge would be an advantage, but not mandatory;
    • Ideally 2 years of experience in the design of racecar mechanical assemblies from concept through to final manufacturing drawings;

    Design Engineer

    Your main responsibilities will include designing of both machined and fabricated components for our various racing cars programs.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in mechanical engineering,
    • Good knowledge of 3D solid modelling with CATIA V5.
      (FEA knowledge would be an advantage),
    • Ideally 2 years of experience in the design of racecar mechanical assemblies from concept through to final manufacturing drawings,
    • Team player attitude and a flexible approach towards working hours,
    • Proficient in spoken and written English

    Racecar mechanic / Car builder

    Your main responsibilities include assembling our race cars and supporting the construction and repair of car parts.

    Requirements:

    • Automotive mechanic (minimum experience 3 years),
    • Experience in the construction of competition cars (Le Mans type prototypes),
    • Know how to read and interpret technical design drawings and maintain close collaboration with our designers,
    • Experience in cutting and assembly of carbon fiber parts,
    • Maintenance and assembly of automotive components.

  • Master thesis : Lap time simulator development

    For the development of our race cars we are using a lap time simulator that we wish to develop further. We have an open position for a motivated Master thesis student.

    Requirements:

    • Good MATLAB skills
    • Sound knowledge required in Aerodynamics, Powertrain, suspension, braking systems, tyres

    Starting date: January 2022 (duration 6 months)
